Welcome to YAR MLS Talk

It is the mission of the Yakima Association of REALTORS® to EMPOWER our members. One of the ways we can achieve this is by "develop(ing) a more effective way to communicate key issues to our members." YAR Strategic Plan

As the readership for our weekly "Pink Sheet" newsletter has fallen, we have searched for additional ways to reach our members. We proudly introduce the "YAR MLS Talk" blog. As part of a select group, you will be emailed a copy of our articles automatically. You can then view the blog, and read comments left by members, and leave comments of your own at the blog's website.

The goal of our blog is to reach more people, informing them of key issues affecting the MLS and the Association. We welcome your input. In fact, that's what the blog is all about! So test the waters, and try it out! Leave some comments and suggest topics for future discussion.

Look for our first blog SOON! The topic? Condos, common wall and zero lot line listings.
